Hi not sure how you call this!!!

But a while ago i was at physio for back treatment from a torn ligament in my lower back and alos i was telling him that i have shooting pain sometime going in my calf and so he check me and told me that its was cause by a bone that grow in my hill but backward....he told me the name of it but i can't remember he also told me some exercice to do but not too sure wich one..

Actually lately it hurts.. when i get up in the morning i have a hard time standing for a bit..wth is this.... will this go away I hope so because sometime its the back of my foot that hurth you know where your tendon are...its very bizarre!!!

Anyway if anyone know what i am talking about could you let me know if there is something i could do about it... please... and thank you very much!!!

It sounds like it might be a bone spur. Regardless of what it is called, it doesn't sound like the type of issue that will go away by itself.

Ok i remember what he call it, its PLANTAR FASCIITIS really painfull in the morning when i get up... if i don't stretch...ouch... and too if i am sitting for a long period of time and get up it hurts.... its suck... supposely you can get operated for this but its very painfull....so i think i won't do it...

I am not sure what its cause by but some people said high arches foot and i have that...grrrrr

I don't really want to get an operation for that... i heard its painfull!!!! Someone told me too that loosing weight can help... so i will try that cause i am for sure 40 lbs overweight..!!! gross....
