I am excited to be joining your forum, I checked out other fitness forums and this one seems to be liveliest.
A little about myself: I am 24, female, started training 4 years ago and I am still learning the ropes because most my female friends want to loose weight through cardio and slimming diets whilst I want to tone with weights and I am concerned with nutrition sole. I am on this forum because need some support which I can't find in my vicinity.
I had being doing cardio up to 8 months ago when I realized I was getting nowhere other than building stamina so after reading the body scultping bible, I realized its weight training that I gotta do.
Things I'd love to learn about in this forum:
- How to lift weights properly
- Which weights to use for what.
- The best foods to eat.
- When to consume different foods
