Hello everyone!
Well I'll just get straight to the point. My name is Yves (pronounced E-ves), female aged 23, I used to weigh 390 pounds on a 5'7" frame from the age of 18 until 20. Yes, I was morbidly obese. I was very overweight at a very young age of 10 years old and 150 pounds and the weight just kept piling on.
3 years ago I moved to the Philippines for college. In those 3 years I was able to lose 234 pounds. I now weigh 156. So this is why I'm here, because instead of being completely happy with my weight loss, I am now facing another problem. Losing all that weight caused me to be really saggy! I lost the weight naturally, no pills no surgery, just pure will and perseverance.
Although I feel extremely accomplished, I am not happy with my looks and quite frankly I hate my saggy body. So I'm here for advice on physical fitness, and how to tone and firm up. Sorry for the long intro. Glad to be here! Looking forward to be a regular member.
