Hello all! My name is Amber, and I am 25 years old. I currently run 2-4 miles 3-6 times a week, and also do some resistance training. I'm in decent shape. I would like to kick it up a notch, but can't afford a trainer! I read about fitness online and in magazines, but I really think that if I knew more, I could get more out of my workouts.
I currently run 5k's when I get time, I would like to run a 10k or perhaps half marathon next summer. I also need to learn more about nutrition and weight training, that's where I really have no clue what I'm doing. This looks like a fun community, I thank you all in advance for the great info!
