Sport too many bananas?

im not sure if i have to many bananas. I sometimes have 2 or 3 in one day. is this too much?
 
no, it's not too many. It's not really about how much you eat of one particular food, it's about how it all comes together to form the bigger picture.
 
Out of my head: Isn't it 2mg B6/100g bananas?

So don't exceed 100 kg a day...

Seriously, it all depends on if you're gaining or losing weight. If you're on a bulk - just eat everything you can reach. If you're on a diet - drop the carbs after work out.

Keep it simple. :)

No, its not too much, but be sure to get a variety of fruit in your diet.

Each can have different amounts of fiber, macro-nutrients, and micro-nutrients, in them.

Personally, if I eat 3 banana's in one day, I sleep alone at night. I tend to get gas, and put on the couch :eek: :)

Ever eat an ice-cold watermelon when sweaty and hot post workout? fuggen......Heaven :), LOL.

What other fruits do you like?

Oh man I just finished a day of household projects and went to the fridge......Watermelon FTW! So nice.


OMG Watermelon, I can eat a whole one. Is that too much? lol
