hello and welcome to the forums. Hopefully you find all the resources and motivation you need here.

I would suggest posting your goals so that others have an idea of what you are looking to do.

Hi, I'm also new to this forum. By joining I was hoping to be able to create a new diet to reach the pinnacle of what my body can be. I'm 6'3, 185lbs, 20 years old (almost 21), and work out in the gym 6+ hours a week & also run 6+ hours a week. So far I've been doing pretty good with keeping my body in shape, but I believe if I could get my diet in order instead of good I could be great. In other words I look at my body as a project and I want it to be able to preform at its peak. Thank you whoever decides to read this, and I look forward to getting to know a lot of you in the process to reach my goal.

Sounds painful, did you manage to pass it naturally or did you need some kind of lubricant? :D

Good to see you about, what's the plan for the healthier lifestyle?

Haha! A little painful... needed a little lube...

Mila Jovavitch (spelled that wrong) is so hot in that orange outfit :)

Yes. Yes she is! One of my top movies of all time.

Thanks everyone for the welcome! My plan is to workout or do something active every day. I just want to get into the routine that a day doesn't go by without me doing something active. My overall goal is to get fit and stay fit. I don't really care about weight or muscle (those are secondary goals)... I just want to be active and fit. I signed up at a local gym. Got my mountain bike out of the basement, tuned it up, and started riding again. And trying to join a flag football league in the community.

Looking forward to talking to all of you and thank you for the support!

Hello,
I'm a newbie here also.. I'm trying to gain more friends and exchange ideas regarding on fitness topics. Anyone has an idea, feel free to share it with me :)

I would suggest making your own post and listing what your goals and achievement are as well as your current workout regime and eating regime. Then people can offer the advice you might be looking for.
