Hi, My name is Wesley. I live in Greenville and in Goldsboro, North Carolina (I live in student living in Greenville but I'm always going back to Goldsboro)
I'm 5' 11" and about 175 lbs at the age of 19.
I'm new to excercising and I was wondering what "at home" exercises I can do and what a good routine is.
My upper body is so weak I can't do a lousy pull up (well I can but not properly).
I wouldn't mind working on my lower body too, I know the ladies love a man with a nice booty.
I've tried P90X, it seems too extreme for my level and I just can't stay committed. Can anyone give me pointers on staying commited and what not?
I think the only exercises I've done is late night "internet surfing" if you catch my drift.
I would like to have nice pecs/pecks (don't know which is considerred correct), biceps, abs, and ass (pardon my language).
I heard the best workout for abs is actually hanging from a bar and lifting your legs towards your chest.
I could really use a confidence boost and I know having my dream body would boost it up some bit. I don't want to be buff and all that. For a visualization of the kind of body I want:
