Okay so this is how a week goes for me.
every morning I take Progressive vegegreens with some water, take multimineral pills and have a whey protein shake with fish oil added.
5 mornings a week I go for a 3km jog around the local university.
then during the day between my classes(im in college so i use the time I get) I go to the gym. and here's how that schedule works.
Monday:Chest/Triceps
Tuesday:Back/Biceps
Wednesday:Legs/Shoulders
Thursday:Chest/Triceps
Friday:Back/Biceps
Saturday:Legs/Shoulders(depends if I went out Friday night or not)
Food:
Generally I'll have eggs or a protein shake for breakfast, then apple for snack, then tuna sandwhich for lunch, then another apple plus protein shake(my post workout shake), then dinner varies, but usually either pork, beef, chicken, or salmon with a veggie. then an evening protein shake with no carbs added, so just with juice or water.
I just started doing the running in the morning thing this week so I haven't been able to see if its made a difference, but I use to superset in cardio every other day(usually the row machine)
So will I actually lose my gut with this? my goal in general is to get the "beach body". But I need to lose the gut, and I think I'm doing a fair bit of cardio to burn it off, but then I'm also doing pretty intense weight training(I do pyramid training with each exercise).
Thanks for your help!
