Is it good to take noodles immediately after morning exercise?

Hi,

I just newly joined this forum. I'm not very good in English also. So sorry for any Inconvenience.

I'm doing exercise/running in the morning to keep the same weight I have. I don't have much time in afternoon or evening to do.

After I doing exercise in the morning I feel more hungry & immediately take a cup of noodle, because I just love noodles in the morning.

I would like to know is it good to take noodles? Is it helps to increase the body weight or fat?

since those noodles are probably a quick absorbing carb, i think as long as you eat that meal with plenty of protein after your workout, ti will help you.
