New to this forum from Australia

hi not sure how active this forums is but hope it is
and hope to become familiar :). Female from down under.
My interest are health fitness and sports.
i been going to the gym for a bit over 6 months now, currently building some muscle and toning up. I do 2 muscle groups a day and cardio 3-4 days a week. I can see my progress and loving it.

This forum also looks like i could find a lot of information from

What is you weekly routine like if you mind me asking?

Day 1 - Chest and bicep
Day 2 - Back and Tricep
Day 3 - Shoulders and Abs
Day 4 - Legs + Glutes

and about 20-30 minutes cardio after each
cardio would include various
10 mins bicycle, 10 mins tread mill and 10mins elliptical
i don't really follow by monday, tues, wed ect. just by my own days
is that what you meant by routine? or did you want more detailed??

hmm my diet is :

Morning - Cereal (special k)
Lunch 1 - lean meat or chicken and veggies
Lunch 2 - Fruits
Afternoon - Protein shake
Dinner - (whatever's on the dinner table though i just avoid a large amount of carbs)
Before bed - something really little like cottage cheese

i don't strictly follow this but i try my best to.

Hi... where in australia are you? I'm in Vic. The forum is generally pretty active. I hope you find it useful :)
