Management of Injury

I am training toward a major fitness test in 4 weeks.
Yesterday I twisted my ankle. The major elements of my fitness work, running (8km X 4 times per week) and fitness classes (4 X per week) are out for the next two weeks on doctor's orders.
As these represent the basis of my fitness work, can anybody recommend how I could approach the next couple of weeks and what to do to maintain my current fitness and weight levels?
.....please.

If you have access to a hand-cycle machine, then you can get your cardio in on that, and supine or seated upper body exercises are still an option. These are probably your only real option at maintaining your fitness level.

And as you'll be cutting back on the overall amount of exercise you'll be able to participate in, you'll have to keep a particularly watchful eye on your diet to help you maintain your weight.
