Hi guys. :action11:My name is Tyler, and I'm from Cali. I'm a total noob to this fitness forum.
I've recently applied to become a Police Officer, so Police Academy could very well be in the distant future. Which is why I'm here. I'm slowly but surely been starting my own physical training. I don't have a gym membership, and not a whole lot to work with at home. So I've been running and doing medicine ball workouts.
I'm 6'0" and 168lbs. Not fat, but not skinny. I'm currently working on my abdominal/oblique areas.
So anyone have any suggestions for those like me who don't necessarily have a home gym?
Better yet, is there anyone else who are either training for the Police Academy or are currently a Police Officer that might want to share some workout/training tips? That would be most appreciated.
Lookin' forward to getting in better shape, talking to some new people and benefiting from what this site has to offer.
