About to lose fat right this time-

Hey guys.
Its me again, well long story short the summer has taken its toll on me and I've put on a good bit of weight (alot more than I'd have liked as most of my clothes aren't fitting the best atm :p)

Anyway, I'm about 135-140lbs, 16 Male, 5ft 4"-ish.

Basically I've already decided what I'm gonna do.
Go to the gym, lose body fat, bulk up when I'm ready, repeat.

My diet as of here looks like this:

Its only a rough estimate depending on products though.
(Might be a bit different today since my mum is going shopping tomorrow)

I plan to do a routine at the gym I joined as well as some running,
I've yet to organise a plan in the gym and learn how to preform various excercises but for now it'll be something like:

Mon: Gym
Tues: Running
Wed: Gym
Thurs: Running
Fri: Gym
Sat: Running
Sun: Off

I've heard a full body workout is suitable for now, since I am a beginner at weights, right?
My run is about 3 miles, and I run/sprint it in around 16 minutes if I'm trying hard enough, which I normally do.

Also, anything I should ask the trainer I'll be seeing on Monday?

As of yesterday I look like this:

So, can I get some tips and advise on how I could improve my program?

Thanks guys ;)

If you're running 3 miles in 16 minutes are you likely not operating in an aerobic heart rate range. you are likely going anaerobic and thus less likely to burn any fat from the exercise.

I suggest doing longer, less intense runs to keep an aerobic base and help burn off any body fat.

I think you have it a bit wrong there mate, either distance or time, unless you are a really really good 5k runner which is roughly 3 miles.

I'm really sure I've got it right.
Well, I normally stop for a short break (30sec-1 minute) in between to cross the road :p lol
I probably am a really good runner considering I only stopped for a few months back at the beginning of the year, and picked it up again about May-ish time again, I doubt I lost any real part of my fitness?

I've been pretty much running since around June 07, wasn't that much at the start though.

16 min is a good time for 3 miles, you must be running alot to keep that time Im surprised your havn trouble w/ weight issues especially with your diet. Well 1st of all, I saw that someone posted your running to fast to lose fat which is totally untrue, the faster the better bcuz youll burn more calories, its all about calories in vs calories out. you may try lengthening your time spent though to 30min or somethin.have you given your routine long enough to work. If you've tried everything else go back to diet. Everyone's body works differently so food that might even be healthy could be damaging your results. You need to find a diet plan that works best for you. ie theres always those people that can eat what they want and have perfectly toned bodies its just because there metabolism is well adjusted to their diet even if its bad. Sometimes calorie counting isn't good enough for example, I can eat all the crap i want fast food, icecream, cookies etc but if I start drinking pop even with the same amount of overall calories I start putting on a spare tire instantly. Try experimenting of coarse with healthy food though. Another example i have is with a client of mine. She was trying to lose excess stomach fat after being pregnant. She had what seem to be the perfect diet and workout routing for fat burning but wasnt seeing any results for quite some time. long story short instead of eating plain oatmeal in the morning she ate the same amt of calories in pancakes instead and same amt of overall calories and lost everybit of excess body fat in her stomach w/in about a month.
