Hello everyone, My name is Scott. I am 29 years old and I am looking to drop more weight. At my heaviest I was 400 lbs. Which was due to horrible horrible eating habits. Eventually of the last few years of be more active and hitting the gym for a bit and changing my diet I am down to 300 lbs. I just signed up for the Gym again. Found a cool gym in my town and was drawn in by the hot tub and sauna. But anyways. I plan on working out 5 times a week. I have a appointment set up for Monday with a personal trainer to set up a work out program for me. I have previously never used a personal trainer but it was included in my enrollment for a free (2 sessions). Then once that is going good I will make a appointment with a nutritionist.
