Alot of working out/cardio. How to eat?

Alright I started at 290 and I am down to 253 as of last week, I weight train, Monday = Chest/Arms, Wed= Legs/Back, Friday = Shoulders, core on everyday. I run everynight except for sunday and swim around 2-3 nights a week. I do not want to hit catabolic breakdown on my muscles, should I be eating more or stick to my calorie deficit? I have been goin for around 6 months now and have increased my muscle mass and how much I can lift, I do not want to put it to waste because of to much cardio. Any suggestions/comments?

37lbs lost is pretty damn good man. Have you been following the same routine the whole time? How do you eat?

For some time, I just went to the gym, did 20 mins on the bike, and 20 mins on the treadmill, and left. After a little while I started to go with my 2 buddys who play University football and started to get into weight lifting, So for about 2 months I have been lifting more then I used to. I usually eat a bowl of whole grain oatmeal crisp cereal with sliced almonds and skim milk. For lunch Ill have some veggies, a pc of chicken or drained can of tuna, and some rice. Sometimes i'll have a protein bar which is about 250 cals and 24g of protein after a workout instead of making a lunch. and for dinner its pretty much the same thing as lunch.

I have my mess ups somedays where I have a little treat but other then that I feel ive been doing good and by the passing of every week I learn a little more and push myself.

I think you're doing great! Congrats on the weight loss!

If I were you, I would work with more full body workouts than you do on your lifting days. Once per week per section might not be enough to prevent catabolism with a bunch of cardio. A whole day on shoulders? Like I said, full body workouts might be more effective for your goals for now of weight loss, and you can get into better specialization once the bulk is off and you can better see what you are trying to train!
