a few questoins

hello i am 6 ft 1 inches and i weight 214 lbs and i was wondering what kind of program i should start doing in order to lose fat and get into shape
my diet is horrible and i want to know some good supplements that i should take since i am a vegetarian
also i workout 6 days a week for 45 minutes

What do you do during the workout?

To lose fat, you need to take in fewer calories than you use.

If your diet is horrible (vegetarian or not), you need to clean it up. Stick with vegetables, whole fruits, legumes, nuts, and whole grains; stay away from processed junk food, sodas, stuff with lots of added sugar, etc.. If you clean up your diet, you probably won't need supplements (except vitamin B12 if you are vegan or close to it).
 
Find out the amount of calories you can take a day and distribute those calories in 6 light meals a day.

It's good that you workout 6 days a week. Not very many people can do that but are you actually challenging yourself or has it become quite easy for you? What are your exercise routines?
