I'm a little concerned that i may be eating too little certain times a day.
I never let my self get really hungry, and when im just a tiny bit hungry ill grab a bite to eat.
Yesterday i didnt have anything to eat for quite some time, and didnt feel hungry at all. So i went for a bike ride and came back feeling a little hungry and had an apple, and i was fine.
Is it possible to eat too little, even though you dont feel hungry?
