Hey guys, don't know if anyone has an insight, but I'm stumped. I'll do my usual cardio on the elliptical (maybe 20 minutes on a high resistance), sweat like a pig and then get off. About a minute later I get this insane pain right next to my left hip bone in my pelvic area that has me curled up on the floor for about 10 minutes. It's happened a few times, but not EVERY time. It's really annoying because then I feel like I have to take it easy for the rest of my workout. Is this some sort of odd muscle strain or something? After about 10 minutes of weird throbbing, it just 100% goes away.
