Hey. I am Brandon. I'm sixteen, 5' 7", and weight 136 lbs. I'm a dancer and dance at least 12 hours a week. My main goal is go lower my body fat and replace it with muscle. I'm not here to look ripped or get bulky. I want lean dancer muscles and a body I can feel better about. I feel like I am almost there and now it's the workout I need to work on, as well as the eating plan to accompany it.
