How to find out how many calories you need

How do you do this again??? I have seen some things on it but i forget what it all means like the BMR and all that crap.

As for what, " the BMR and all that crap " means, this article by Tom Venuto does a great job of discussing ' Calorie Calculators & Calorie Calculations ' ( including explaining & calculating your things like your BMR, " maintenance calories ", etc. etc. ) and how you can use this info to either help you lose fat or gain weight.

No kidding SmithMachine but you need to look at the Harris Benedict Formula. Use something like fitday to keep track of your calories. What do you workout? A one day on, one day off or what?
 
Basal metobolic rate is bare amount of energy to survive. RMR is 3.5ml/kg/min.

1 RMR = 1 MET

MET is the best predictor of cardiovascular disease.

A better thing to do is go straight into a health/sports science degree illin. Reason i ask is that i was wondering if you where going to go in something like that, im doing one and really recommend it.
