New and Need Help with a Plan

Hey everyone-

I'm really looking to improve my health and I need some help. Here is all of my info, goals, etc.

Info
Height: 5'9 (69 Inches)
Weight: 140 Pounds (64 Centimeters)
Age: 18
Sex: Male
% Body Fat: Unknown

Goals
Gain at least 10 pounds, Ideally 20. It doesn't need to be all muscle, just want to get something on my bones.
Improve general stamina, strength, and mental and physical health overall.

What I'd Like To Know
What are some exercises I can do at home or a gym that would benefit?
How often and for how long should I work out?
What are some foods or eating habits that would be beneficial to eat?
Are my goals realistic?

You would have found all your answers in the Weight lifting and Nutritional Stickies. We got your type of questions on a daily basis, sorry we don't have a life to where we have to sit here and repeat ourselves over and over because you can't find the common sense to read the stickies.

Oh and by the way, i noticed you wanted to do this starting Jan 1st, which leads me to think that you are nothing more than one of those new years resolution people, who end up failing and quitting a month after they try. So don't worry, if you didn't have the mental capacity to read the stickies and the mental strength to control yourself you wont have the mental ability nor will power to achieve your goal.
