G'day!

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to introduce myself, much like everyone else in this thread. My name is Lauren, I'm from Australia, but I live in Germany and I play professional Volleyball. This is my second year playing professionally and I love it. I also play with the Aus National Team (we are struggling a little nowadays, fingers crossed for the near future!) Back in Aus before I started playing pro, I worked as fitness instructor and personal trainer. I have finished a degree in Sports Science and am just about to start my Masters in Strength and Conditioning by correspondence.

I came across this forum when I was searching for some 'inspiration' on some posts to write for a new blog I have started up. Playing pro vball means I have a lot of time spare in between training during the day, and most of that time I spent online reading strength and conditioning and fitness articles. I thought, instead of just reading, I may as well write and share my views on a few things. Anyway, thats how I came across this forum, and having a browse before I registered there seems like some awesome discussion.

I hope I can be a part of it.

Cheers,

Lauren
