having a hard time

Hello all,

I am a newbie and having a really hard time losing my last 10-15 lbs, the same 10-15 that I have been trying to lose for at least 6 months. I eat right and work out 15-17 days out of the month and still only lose .5 pounds if anything at all. I do WW points as well so my eating is getting much better but still far from perfect.

I am looking for suggestions, friends and pretty much anything to help me long with this struggle and not giving up.

what do you currently weigh? your body gets very comfortable at a certain weight and it is very hard to break it. sometimes you have to shock the system to break the comfort zone ... increase the intensity of your cardio program ... how much are you doing right now?

I am 5'9 and weigh right around 175, the high range for my height is right around 168 so I am in the "overweight" catagory according to the AMA. Right now I do a step class 2/3x per wk and a bodypump class 2/3x per week. Then I usually try and and throw in another odd ball class just to shake things up like spinning or fitness yoga or Bosu.
