HIIT question

I have been doing HIIT Tabata sprints during all the summer so I got used to this brutal routine: Tabata routine, where I sprint for 20 sec and rest walk for 10 sec and do this for approx. 10 minutes.

I want to ask this now.. : Is is better to keep this routine or else, to increase rest time to lets say 20-30 seconds and sprint more than 10minutes? Let's say sprint for 20 mins..
