That thing a crap ton of people have been doing for over a decade now? I'm sure nobody's heard of it... Please do us all a favor and don't post any links; it'll just get you banned. On the off chance you're not a spammer and you're actually looking for info: there's at least one whole keto thread with tons of good information.
