Safest Way to lose Water Weight

Hi
Can someone here tell me how I can lose water weight.

I want to know how to do it safely.

I tried eating breakfast without salt but it made me miserable
 
You probably won't get a lot of advice here, losing water weight isn't the same as real long term weight loss. I can however tell you some of the stupid things we used to do when I was a high school wrestler trying to make weight. I am not sure any of these are safe.
  • Stop drinking anything.
  • Exercise real hard, you can lose a few pounds of water weight in sweat that way.
  • Try to urinate as much as possible.
  • Spit a lot.
As I said these are probably pretty stupid ways to lose weight, but to be honest I have done all of them. I think its much better to cut calories and do the things you have to for real weight loss.
 
The average human is about 50 to 60% water by weight, that's natural. You can't live with a whole lot less.

Why do you feel the need to lose water weight?
 
While the human body is made up of mostly water, and salt can cause a little bloating, water retention is not likely to be the cause of your weight problem. Dehydrating yourself for weight loss is not healthy and only temporary.
 
ok here it i s in last 2 years i ate mangoes, one everyday with salt sprinkled and gained few lbs that happened last 2 winters
then i got diarrhea for few days and i lost few lbs during that time but when diarrhea went away i gained those lbs again accompanied few more thats how i gained 30 lbs in last 2 years
 
How many mangoes were you eating each day ? And what else were you eating? How much do you actually weigh? What is your bodyfat % or height? I have not seen anything posted to indicate you are holding 30 lb of excess water
 
sorry not the mangoes the oranges and one each night only one
i was eating normal diet that i consumed last month and a month later nowadays i weigh 97 kg
i dont know what is my body fat
height is 5.5

I experienced a big water weight loss by figuring out that something I was eating was inflammatory: gluten. In one month, I lost nearly 10 kg of water! I then learned that your body will bloat in reaction to a poison. It is a defence mechanism to maintain blood Ph.

Maybe you are eating something you are not tolerating anymore? Just try to remove one thing and wait for around 1 month (gluten, dairy, artificial sugar for ex.). If you get results, then you know what to avoid.

I need also information about your blood test results (hormones (estrogen), liver, kidneys, and basic blood test), information about your blood pressure.
Have you ever took the hormonal contraception?
Have you ever tried manual lymphatic drainage? (in this situation it would be good to do it 2-3 times a week.

There are so many questions, but if you want to do it in a healthy way you must know everything about your body. :)
 
actually The Human body is included generally water ,and salt can cause a pinch of growing water isn't presumably going to be essentially the purpose behind your weight issue .drying out yourself for weight decrease isn't strong

like what i do. Before i started for any workout or related to weight lose. What i did was, i seek for a doctor advise this will run through a medical check up to understand my blood pressure, sugar, liver and kidneys health. From there the doctor will advise me on my fat level and etc.
I take a precaution steps ahead in case.
 
Hi! I use a detox tea product that has aided in me losing weight, flushes, and cleanses system. I wasn’t expecting to lose weight but I did from the product I use.
