eating like 850 calories a day

today this is what i ate, and i didnt feel hungry at all:

no breakfast
lunch at 11:30:
cheese sandwich (2 slices)
pack of 28g crisps
tiny bit of some cake (must have been 80 calories max) but it contained pastry
coffee with 3 tablespoons of sweetener and milk

dinner at 5:40:
two boiled eggs
chopped up a lime and put it into water
coffee with 3 tablespoons of sweetener and milk


its 5:55pm now and i wont eat anything else for the day
had about 800 calories the last 4 days too
 
Low calories like this can be ok but only if your paying particular attention to nutrition, but on these calories you have no room for chips and cake and you certainly are not getting your required protein.
