Hi, I'm not an expert at this topic, but I know for sure diet is very important to losing weight. So, I believe that no, there is no way to lose weight from fat without a healthy diet. Exercise is there to help you with weight loss but diet is much more important, especially if you're getting more calories in than out. Athletes can eat up to 10000 calories a day, but that's due to how active they are. It's what they do for a living. Yes, that means it is possible to be fit and eat whatever you want, but you'd have to dedicate your life to being active and burning it all off. 1 pound per day sounds too good to be true and it honestly looks kind of shady to me haha. It's possible that the weight you'll be losing per day is just water weight. If it's a weight-loss program then I'm sure you will find results but most of the time, they exaggerate it. Is there constantly pizza and junk food inside your house? If so, then I understand how hard it is to hold yourself back when it's right there in the house with you. Try to stop buying these things and start spending money on healthier things. Once you've started getting into eating better, your cravings for junk food will most likely stop as well. If you just can't stop thinking about them though, it's fine to endulge in some once in awhile. Give yourself a cheat day. Just don't eat it daily and don't consume huge portions, like a whole pizza. Buy things in smaller portions. Fruits and vegetables are your friend. Eat a good meal in the morning with protein and eat smaller meals throughout the day, this will help you feel full. While it may not be good to get obsessive, try to count your calories and start a deficit. Apps like MyFitnessPal are really great for counting your calories. What kind of exercise do you do? The exercise can be really helpful paired with healthy eating. Get someone to help you watch your diet. When you're thinking of ordering that pizza, it's always helpful when they're there to stop you!

first i would like to say, from your reply it doesn't seem that you are a newbie. You have enough knowledge to give others a right direction as your giving me right now.... second thanks for guiding me in detail....i also believe that without healthy diet weight loss is like a dream and exercise with your diet speed up you weight loss process.problem is that i can restrict myself from junk for 2-3 days maximum after that it is hard to stop myself from eating.i hope your instructions would help me a lot...

Well bro actually there are many ways which can be use to loss weight my weight my around 90kg and my age is 22 due to that my health was also down i even tried diet plans and meds but none worked then i heard about a product which was of some USA army officer at start it was difficult for me but i seen soo many positive reviews and all other things so i just then tried and it really worked for me like just in two weeks my weight was then from 90 to 70kg .... it is really great but there is one thing you need to stick to it for 2 weeks if you really conscious about your weight then you should see reviews about and should try this this worked for most of the people Spam- link removed Thank you and remember me in your prays
Thanks for Uzair for replying.... I have heard about this program.. i had also read mixed reviews about this program but majority reviews are negative... this type of programs only work when you have commitment to reduce weight plus discipline is necessary which is a problem in my case... I'll give it a try...hope this would be a solution of my problem.

If something that promoted looks way too good to be real, it usually is a scam. How do I know? I have lost 70 kgs (155lbs) and I have fallen prey to some similar scams and learnt the hard way.
What such kind of scam programs do is make you go on a ridiculous low calorie diets which gives the illusion you lost weight (which you would have) but at what cost?

Scenario 1 - You will lose weight because of some shitty extremely low calorie diet. Scientifically its not possible to lose half a pound a day. Why? Because you need to burn 3500kcal in order to lose a pound of fat. The weight what they are promising would be water (probably due to cut of carbs which caused your glycogen stores deplete resulting in weight loss). The minute you get off this diet and eat some yummy food, voila, your weight is back in no time.

Scenario 2 - Because you did it, your metabolism is now damaged. Because of low calorie intake or not having all macros in desired ratio, your metabolism slowed down which is now converting your food into fat. Result- Your efforts in vain because during the program you lost weight and now even though you are eating healthy, you are seeing fat gain happen.

How should you diet? Eating enough healthy calories and exercising consistently. How is this done?

Understand the terms BMR, TDEE. Once you understand these, understand Calorie Deficit (means less calories).

Once you have ascertained your calories through a TDEE calculator, create a diet containing of healthy whole foods and giving a deficit of not more then 10-15% from your TDEE.

Follow your diet wholeheartedly cheating whenever you have earned it
