Hi, I'm not an expert at this topic, but I know for sure diet is very important to losing weight. So, I believe that no, there is no way to lose weight from fat without a healthy diet. Exercise is there to help you with weight loss but diet is much more important, especially if you're getting more calories in than out. Athletes can eat up to 10000 calories a day, but that's due to how active they are. It's what they do for a living. Yes, that means it is possible to be fit and eat whatever you want, but you'd have to dedicate your life to being active and burning it all off. 1 pound per day sounds too good to be true and it honestly looks kind of shady to me haha. It's possible that the weight you'll be losing per day is just water weight. If it's a weight-loss program then I'm sure you will find results but most of the time, they exaggerate it. Is there constantly pizza and junk food inside your house? If so, then I understand how hard it is to hold yourself back when it's right there in the house with you. Try to stop buying these things and start spending money on healthier things. Once you've started getting into eating better, your cravings for junk food will most likely stop as well. If you just can't stop thinking about them though, it's fine to endulge in some once in awhile. Give yourself a cheat day. Just don't eat it daily and don't consume huge portions, like a whole pizza. Buy things in smaller portions. Fruits and vegetables are your friend. Eat a good meal in the morning with protein and eat smaller meals throughout the day, this will help you feel full. While it may not be good to get obsessive, try to count your calories and start a deficit. Apps like MyFitnessPal are really great for counting your calories. What kind of exercise do you do? The exercise can be really helpful paired with healthy eating. Get someone to help you watch your diet. When you're thinking of ordering that pizza, it's always helpful when they're there to stop you!
