No you bloody well don´t.
a) Losing 1.5 pounds a week is a normal amount when you´re still pretty heavy.
b) You´re just changing from eating wayyy too little to eating sort of, kind of of enough for someone who´s trying to lose weight, is it any wonder your body needs time to adapt? Please don´t go back into starvation mode or you WILL find that the weight comes right back on as soon as you start getting closer to your goal weight. Your body needs resources and denying it those won´t help you in the long run, physically or mentally. We have solid studies that show that getting to a healthy weight with a crash diet (which is what you were doing when you weren´t even reaching 1500 kcal/day) will leave you with a permanently lower burn rate which makes that normal, healthy weight almost impossible to sustain. It´s your decision and all that but please please please be sensible. You´ve already accomplished a LOT and even your GP agrees you should take it easier now. If you want a bigger deficit: go for daily walks.

Ok ok it was just a thought...

Hello everyone.
A friend of mine is a truck driver and got hurt so i drove his truck for a week or so. It was ok for the first few days but it was harder to find decent restaurants where i could park the truck to ended up doing the truck stop food thing. Huge back slide..
Now im having hell getting the carbs back down. Might have to switch to just meat eggs and cheese for a week or two. I doubt it would come to that but looking that way.

Hi, Rebel. Are there really no decent options at those places? Is it all fried stuff? Hope the cravings settle down quickly!

Were they have salad or things like hotdogs hamburgers pasta stuff grilled cheese.
You could manage to eat healthy in those places. I just didnt try all that hard i suppose.

Decided not to go crazy and do a carb purge. So picked up way too much meat. Not really too much but a whole months worth really added up. A bunch of veggies both canned and frozen.
Pretty much grabbed everything but fruit.
I grabbed some whole wheat pasta which has a butt-ton of carbs but a hand full here or there in soups will b just fine.

How often do you normally shop Rebel? Once or twice a week? Once a month?
Once a month then a trip here and there if there is just something i want.
