Rebel's Diary

Yesterday was a pretty good day. Went out for chinese. That tends to be high in cals so that was my breakfast lunch and dinner.
Then spent most of the day looking over my college transcrips and emails from the new school ill b going to. Old school was credit based and the new one is a semester based system. So now we r putting in for some waivers so i dont have to retake a few of my academics. Some courses work out fine but a few were like 2.6 credits and the new one wants 3.0 so i dont want to retake the course for .4 credits. Its not a big deal just takes some number juggling.

100 lbs lost? That is absolutely amazing Rebel! Well done you!!!!!!!!!
What study will you be doing?
You are continuing to move forward & that is to be admired. Good for you!

I already have my associates in electronics and now im going for a bachelors in Information Technology. If i get credit for all my previous academic courses it'll take about a 14 months.

:p Ok, not jealous today. Food sounds very dense and heavy. Makes me thirsty just looking at it! Lazy days are my personal favorite kind of day, but to each their own.

Yea today was a no cooking day. I didnt even cook the burger/steak. My daughter was already in the kitchen so win win. I weighed out the portions but that was about the extent of it.

Today i got my old student loans situated. Once i get the letter stating all my student loans are in good standing i can start the enrollment process. They said about 24-48 hours. Dealing with the government is so freaking complicated.

My breathing is loads better since i got the blood pressure meds straightend out and lost a chunk of weight. I figure once i drop another 50 lbs ill be ready to start back to work. Dont think I'm going back to driving a truck long haul. The food options on the road not the easiest to navigate. Probably get a driving job local maybe in the fuel and chemical factories. Here on the coast they are everywhere.

Sounds sensible. As much as I don´t always feel like going to work in the morning I am very glad to have a job and be able to work.

Had to google capicola (again, I think). What a weirdly specific product. Sounds like you´re doing pretty well, foodwise. How´s walking?

Capicola is sort of an extra spicy salami but i guess its closer to a pepperoni.
Walking hasnt been much just havent had the drive. I really need to get back at it.

Yes....yes, you do & so do I.A little walk is so much better than no walk. Just going for a walk outside is so much better than doing almost anything inside, regardless of the weather xo

Maybe you can try doing "just five minutes" (or ten, or whatever works for you) every day at 3 pm. Sometimes once you start something it turns out to be ok and you can end up doing more. And on days it isn´t ok you can turn right back round and go home while still having the satisfaction of having got up and tried.

Good idea but ill have to pick another time. 3pm here is about 100F..
Ahh life in the tropics ;)

Yuck! I was afraid that might be the case. Of course the whole idea is just to have a fixed time to lower the decision-making threshold :)

Today has been going pretty well..
Went to the doctor to get my blood pressure checked (169/71). Went to therapy and talked for awhile.
One good thing is ive been sleeping at night. Well, sort of at night. Go to bed about 4am amd get up at 9 am. Doctor thinks it's a side effect of the diet pills. Personally, i think its the cups and cups of black tea. Ah well, who knows...
