I'm sure I don't have to tell you it shouldn't become habit.
No, no need. My father drank a----lot. I guess i don't get the same charge out of drinking that most people do. I do have a drink once in awhile but i can take it or leave it.
 
Glad to hear it. I was honestly a bit shocked at how much Austrians drink and smoke when I first got here.
 
Today was ok. Had to get some new clothes. Pants were just my belt holding them up. Shirts have gotten very dress like. Had to get new shoes also. I guess feet shrink too. Turning in early tonight....

Breakfast- 4 fried eggs, grilled ham steak. (576 calories)

Lunch- grilled hamburger steak, sauteed bok choy. (705 calories)

Dinner- sleep (0 calories)

Shrinking feet is usually a VERY good sign. Probably water loss as well as fat, which could be a large part of why walking is now so much more doable. Also: I want your lunch. Now, please :)

It was really good. I never had bok choy before and to me it was like cabbage mixed with onion. I love both so it was a win win. It was partially a stir fry and or sauteed. I put some cooking spray in a hot pan and just let it start to cook. Added a little water so the steam could speed up the cooking process. Just b4 it was done i added some minced garlic(the kind already done for you in the jar;wow powerful stuff) and a few splashes of thai fish sauce and some lower sodium soy sauce and a splash of red wine vinegar. It was amazing. Ill repeat soon.....
 
Well eating lunch at 9pm. I think the diet pills are working a little too well. Maybe ill break one in half and see if that helps. I just seem to forget about lunch.one good thing is my portion sizes have seem to cut down. Ah well we'll see how it goes.

Your bok choy sounds amazing. Being able to do with more "typical" portions sounds good to me but not having the carby stuff in your meals so much means your typical meals wouldn´t be very high-calorie even if they´re high-volume, right? Anyway: very well done on the food today!

Yea it seems the carbs bring the calories to the party. Like today the can of pork n beans were like 350 calories for the can. It also had a butt-ton of carbs. I guess really it wasnt too bad because my net carbs were about 66. So just about everything had carbs today except the whole eggs. Still a good food day over all.
