Hello ( and my problem so far)

Hello everyone , i'm new to the forum and i've come to a standstill with my weight loss . For the past 2 weeks i've cut all forms of fat ( no olive oil , no meet other than chicken breast etc) , all forms of carbs ( no potatoes , no bread , nothing that involves dough) and all sugar and\or sugar substitutes , even "diet" versions of various things , i do 45 mins of weight training every day and i jog about 3 times a week , but i have lost 0 weight , when i got on the scale this morning i was still 101,1KG which is really disheartening , i've literally cut my calories to 1\3 of what i used to eat on a daily basis and i've put exercise in my everyday life so what i doing wrong?
 
hi there i think i have an answer to your problem-first-cut out the chicken!((no meat of anykind)) go strictly vegetarian!-2nd-go RAW,only eat raw stuff-fresh fruits and vegies!and 3rd? ((if you are serious about looseing weight?)) start drinking a bathsalt-tonic drink for yourself like-at least every 36 hrs..one heaping spoonful of regular bathsalt into about 6-8 ounzes of warm water-stir it up until dissolved-then DRINK IT REALLY FAST!!(cause it will taste really bad) -DO NOT EAT COOKED FOOD!-when you cook something? you only destroy anything useful it had for your body-and DO NOT EAT MICROWAVED FOOD! that is the purest JUNK FOOD on planet earth!-if you eat anythng microwaved? you might as well shovel dirt into your stomach!-stick to raw!continue with the exercises and drink the bathsalt tonic! you will loose the weight!-in about 5months i dropped from 187.lbs to 150.lbs by useing this plan-my main diet? is mostly apples,onions,and pickles-nooo meat of anykind-noting cooked-and i walk to work everyday,practice the hula-hoop everyday- my body looks GREAT!
 
Teo, I would suggest that you begin a thread in the diary section and start recording your actual food intake, so that we can get a better idea of where you. are going wrong. cutting out whole food groups is generally not the answer. You also give no information about your weight or calorie intake.

fat loss is not as simple as many would have you believe if you wish to remain healthy.

i apologize , my daily calorie intake is about 1643 down from 2500+ , i weight 100,1 Kilograms , my daily intakes are as is
235 54 68 303 191
Carbs Fat Protein Sodium Sugar

i eat lots of fruit and veggies , i don't eat oil whatsoever , so a typical day would be for example : breakfast : yogurt with cinamon , launch : chicken breast with veggies , some fruit for snack and veggies with some kind of protein for dinner .
