Hello everyone , i'm new to the forum and i've come to a standstill with my weight loss . For the past 2 weeks i've cut all forms of fat ( no olive oil , no meet other than chicken breast etc) , all forms of carbs ( no potatoes , no bread , nothing that involves dough) and all sugar and\or sugar substitutes , even "diet" versions of various things , i do 45 mins of weight training every day and i jog about 3 times a week , but i have lost 0 weight , when i got on the scale this morning i was still 101,1KG which is really disheartening , i've literally cut my calories to 1\3 of what i used to eat on a daily basis and i've put exercise in my everyday life so what i doing wrong?
