Hi Kelly! Congrats on all the hard work. I decided it was time to start on my journey when I was struggling to walk up the two flights of stairs in my complex without feeling winded. It's always the cold harsh realisations that are the most shocking.Hey all! So I found this forum, which I did before losing 48lbs! But I have another 20 to lose so looking for support ^_^ and to support others xxx
So my question is.... What motivated you to take that step to lose weight? x
Kinda the same reason really, out of puff by the time I reached 14 steps in my own home and also when I laid down I use to have a roll of fat which would choke me slightly as I laid on my back, I knew something had to be done when my knees would hurt every day and being stuck in the house on the PC for more than 8 hours a day, wasn't healthy! xxxHi Kelly!
