hey! i'm new here, too. i guess i'm just trying to learn how to maximize my workouts and be healthy. generally, i've been a pretty healthy person but this summer, i experienced a ton of stressful events and increased level of anxiety that compelled me to get my butt in gear and to take care of my health.

btw, i'm: 5'5" and 135 with goal to lose 10 pounds by the end of the year. sounds like a long time but i think it'll take a while for me to fully understand how to lose the weight and keep it off!
but, any tips on getting rid of it quicker will be greatly appreciated!!!
