New user - A few Questions

Hey everyone. Just wanted to get a few opinions on how I've been working out eating, etc. Basically I had a bad ear condition about 1 year ago and up until about march this year I was 140 lbs at 6 feet tall, 24 male.

Since I have IBS it is hard for me to take any protein supplements or eat lots of proteins, and I have only been able to up my weight to 156 at the moment. 160 is my highest weight ever, but I want to shoot for 170 by the end of 2007.

Right now I take Pump Fuel before workouts, but usually only take it 4-5 times a week at most, instead of the recommended everyday. I also try to eat extremely healthy. Eating almost exclusively organic vegtables, salads, steaks, potatoes, meat sandwiches, pastas, because of my IBS condition. I also don't drink any milk or eat cheese. I take lactose pills but it still doesnt help cause again of IBS.

I guess any advice of what I can do to gain weight/eat better with my condition. Also I work out extremely hard for my size going to the gym atleast 4 times a week.

Thanks

I have a mild level of IBS and although yours sounds worse than mine I used to experience a similar problem to this. I found that adding fibre or a fibre suppliment to my diet helped me consume more protein and dairy products
