hello everyone,
my name is bryan, i'm 32, and i currently live in texas.
i'm here to learn everything i can about exercising and fitness in general.
i'm not a very active person, which is exactly what i want to change.
i have a question that i hope someone can answer:
i just started a walking routine a few weeks ago. 3 times per week, it's a brisk walk for about 2 miles. i've thrown in a bit of jogging too. 30-45 second shots. the whole walk takes roughtly 30 minutes. i just noticed a couple days ago that my shins have become sore, even tender to the touch. is this just my body still adjusting to the workout, or something more serious i should look into? has anyone else encountered this?
bryan
