Big problems

I feel like a loser sorta posting this.

im a 17year old male with a big butt... Like I hate it. I have abs, nice biceps, nice chest... I look good from the front then when i turn... Theres that damn butt, I know its kinda genetic cause my mom has a big butt.. But someone please tell me there are ways for me to make it tighter and smaller.

You get a nice butt in the same way you get nice abs imo.

A good eating plan, and a good exercise plan.

As you burn fat, chances are, some of it will come from your behind, which will make it smaller. Also, good compound lifts will help with the muscle (various squats, lunges, and deadlifts).

If you are genetically prone to carry fat in that area, then you will be limited to some extent. However, you can go a long way with diet and exercise.

The one thing I would not advice is doing 200 donkey-kick leg lifts a day, thinking it will magically tone your butt.

I would start some squats and watch your diet. Good luck!

Damn, no donkey-kick leg lfts, huh deschain?? :yelrotflmao:

For cardio, interval training gives you the most bang for your buck. That is where you vary the speed/intensity throughout the workout, rather than going at mostly the same pace the whole time. When you're ready to advance, look into HIIT (high intensity interval training). Whether it be running/elliptical/treadmill/spin bike doesn't really make a whole lot of difference, intensity does.
