Am I on the right track?

Hello to all,

Sup, my name is Ryan. I'm 22, and i was just trying to get some imput on how im doing. So, I work from 8am-5pm m-f. I don't really get a breakfast. I drink a water or juice in the AM before I leave for work. I pretty much dont eat anything while im at work. If i dont go home i go to subway and get turkey on wheat with little mayo, lettece and tomatoes thats it. I drink like four 16oz waters at work. For lunch i go home and eat a turkey or peanut butter and jelly on toasted wheat bread. When i get home i eat a can of soup(chicken gumbo) from cambells. Its like 90 calories per serving and each can is 2.5 servings. I eat one can. I do eat chicken and red meats frequent. When i get home from work i go to the gym 5 days a week. I lift weights. I do back, bi, and shoulders one day, then chest, tri, and abs/ torso workout the next. I run after every workout. I never really work my legs out to much. When i get home after the gym i eat my meats and veggies. I live by the grill, so im always cooking steak and chicken. I do not touch soft drinks. I think they are nasty. I drink only water and some juice cut with water. I do splurge on one day out of my weekend. usually being a friday b/c i work out that day. I splurge meaning i eat more then i usually do but not fast food or anything. I pretty much eat until i feel the first sign of being full and i ease up and might come back to it later but not to late.

My goal is to lean out and maintain my size. I don't want to get bigger but i dont want to get to much smaller. I started this about 2.5 months ago and my weight was 195lbs. im 5'10" So far i have got on the scale one time since i started and it was about a month ago. I weighed out at 180lbs. This is with weight training. Im trying to more lean ya know. My question is, do i have to go more extreme on my diet? Im pretty good with it. I just want to make sure im not leaving something out. I also eat fruit about 3 time a week. apples, pears, and banana's. I feel like i was losing weight then it stopped. So, I dont know if i need to push harder on my cardio and lay off the weights or what. I have searched around but didnt get to much info.

workout plan

monday- back and bi + run
tuesday- chest and tri+ run
repeat until friday. adding abs and shoulders in there. I do about 3 diff workouts to each muscle every time.
running. I do 2 miles. i start out by warming up at about 3.5 ( i guess is the rpm) then i move up to about 6.0 at about a 1/8 mile then to 7 at half then 8 3/4 miles and 9 to the first mile. then i walk at 4.0 for an 1/8 then jump back into 7.0 for atleast a half mile then try and cool down toward the end with a light stride out. i dont mess with incline or decline with running. I feel like i have a grasp on what im doing at the gym but i need more schooling on foods.

problems. Im allergic to seafood and im from new orleans. How poo is that? lol. Well i think that wraps up my workout plan lol. If you need more info let me know. Im just looking for a some guiding that goes passed the reading a few things i guess.

for the most part this is what i eat.

soup
fruits listed above
wheat bread
turkey
peanut butter. all natural
jelly
salad no dressing or a teaspoon
grilled chicken
steak
basic veggies.

drinks

water water water water
juice with each glass cut with 1/4 water.

I was having trouble figuring out my calories intake and dont know where i should be or how much i should have a day. what are the draw backs to not getting enough calories or is it good that i cut that much? I just cut out a lot. I average like 500 or under in calories per meal and a snack might be like 250 if i eat one.

Thanks for any help. Ryan

i think if you want to get lean you should definitely consider some sort of cardio in your workouts, that along with the healthy diet should help quite a bit, best of luck

Well I thought running 5 days a week would cover cardio? Is there something else i'm missing?
