Underweight although I eat a lot...

First: I did use the searching engine, but I didn’t find anything actual fitting this particular problem … so thx for every advice you can give me:

I’m 17 years old (around 188 cm or 6 feet and 2 inches) and weigh around 59kg (around 140lb). Futhermore I just came back from an exchange year where people are normally supposed to gain around 20-25lb … I lost 20-25lb. I might should mention that I wasn’t able to participate any sport during this time, but there wasn’t too much muscle mass before to lose either.
However, now I am finally able to play sports again. I gonna start soccer, bicycling, Fitnessstudio, etc, soon.
My question now what exactly I’m supposed to do to get a better body -> to gain weight. Furthermore I want to gain muscles, not just fat and get a belly…
I have questions like the following:

- When should I do what? (Relationship between Fitnesstudio and stuff like soccer, intensity, etc.)
- What should I eat (I heard shakes – for example – do not bring much if taken in addition to a normal diet)
- Should I continue eating much (which then restults in questions such as: How should the relationship between healthy and unhealthy food be?)
- How does alkohol, party, etc. affect my fitness plan
- And further information such as tips, advices, etc.

PS:
‘Your Body-Mass-Indey is 16.69, meaning you have underweight.
Looking at an average BMI of 22,5 your ideal wight would be 79.52 kg (I guess around 170-180 pounds?)
Even if you do not have any problems right now you should still consider to gain weight, meaning eating several meals a day.

PS2: I eat breakfast, in-school lunch, after-school lunch, dinner, + snakes ... (at least 1 portion of food each meal), I don’t have the exact calorie value, though.

You eat snakes? Thats hardcore man.

The first step is to start counting your calories. Then raise them. It's that simple

Here, go and read this article on it goes into what you need to do.

Forget the sports for the time and hit the weights only, get your body stregth, tendons, and muscle strength up to par as a first priority in my opinion.

At 6'2" you should be weighing a lean 200lb for a good physique - go for it!

This probably answers something which one of my friends was looking too. But I have a doubt in my mind whether he is going to achieve the feat because he is suffering from the and I am aware persons who are in a particular health condition can find it difficult to achieve specific gains as the health condition acts as a barrier. Still there is no harm in trying I guess so would introduce him to this and see if he is benefited!
