anyone work 10-6?

I work from 10-6, 5 days a week.. My stats are 5'10, 155 lbs.. and around 10 BF....I just started my summer job and am not sure how to eat this way... I am currently cutting. I run or do aerobic in the morning, then do weight lifting around 6:30..I dont know how to get my timing right on my meals.. My parents make dinner late at like 7:15-7:30 and i eat carbs then..

Aerobic

Bfast-(9:15-9:30)
1/2 C of Oatmeal w/ skim milk
1 egg, some egg whites mixed together

Snack(11:30-12:15)
1 Scoop of Whey w/ water
1 Serving of cashews
Some carrots

Lunch(2:30-3:30)
Big Salad w/ Spinach leaves and Lettuce w/ veggies and either tuna/chicken breast and lunch meat

Pre-Workout(5:15-5:30)
1 Scoop of Whey
1 Apple

LIFT

PWO-(7:15)
1 Scoop of whey and a banana

Dinner(7:45)
Some kind of meat w/ rice or noodles and veggies( I usually dont eat a lot of carbs here

Snack(10:30-11:30)
Cottage cheese

I dont know if this is spaced out properly or not...Should I take some protein before my aerobic workout in the morning??

Either place this after breakfest or atleast go with your ProteinPowder

Insert a complex Carb of some type here. Also drop the prepackaged lunch meat. Try some canned salmon cold.
Pre-Workout(5:15-5:30)
1 Scoop of Whey
1 Apple

LIFT

PWO-(7:15)
1 Scoop of whey and a banana
The Bananadoes not count as a fast acting simple carb. Fructose does not act like the typical Monosaccharide.

Dinner(7:45)
Some kind of meat w/ rice or noodles and veggies( I usually dont eat a lot of carbs here

Snack(10:30-11:30)
Cottage cheese
Might want to try a few raw nuts into here.

To prevent possibly going into a catabolic state I would suggest you have at least some type of protein (carbs wouldn't hurt either) before.

Just a few suggestions to go along with what your currently doing.
 
Thanks.. Im a lifeguard so i sit around and dont do **** all day.. Its hard not to binge eat.. Do you think this is a good amount of cals for my body size and what I want to do with it?
 
Are you working at a beach or a pool? I'm a lifeguard at a beach and I run to kill the time. I'm at my absolute cuttest in august because I run down the beach when i'm bored.

I alwasy feel goofy tho. I'm running down the beach, shirtless, in my guard shorts, holding onto one of them massive tubes or letting it drag behind me.

I do get small in the summer tho, I bulk in the winter when theres nothing to do outside. I then lose a ton of weight over the summer because I work 9-6 (hour lunch) and don't work out nearly as much as I would like. plus again, 5 mile runs in the sand 4 or 5 times a week will shrink you pretty quick.
 
yeh i work at a beach.. if i start running up and down the beach im pretty sure my co-workers are gonna make fun of me.. do you get ripped on a lot?
