I'm here to find a way to increase my endurance/stamina. I've been doing weights for a month or 3 now, but my stamina is.. well.. bad.

Read the HIIT forums, start with a modified version that you can handel, and slowly increase what you do. If you have any hills you can run, sprint up the hill, and walk down (repeat).

I already lurked some threads and I thought HIIT was for losing weight. I absolutely do not need to lose any weight/bodyfat.. Hehe.. I just want to increase my stamina/endurance. Anyway, I'll look around some more.

You are not going to lose weight if you are not eating to lose weight. HIIT is great for stamina, or you could run up hill and walk down over and over.
