I'm a newb to the world of fitness; thus I join this forum to educate myself of it. My background with fitness is not very expansive; it's rather short. I'm 19 years old, in college, and very very very very very very very very busy. And not very atheletic.
But I'm looking to change that. I find that even a little bit of fitness, everyday or even every other day, does things for your body which helps it feel more comfortable, less stressed, and gives it more potential.
