Tall woman wanting to lose weight quickley

I have been struggling with my weight for years and it is very frustrating. I don't think I am fat but I think I have fat on my body. Everyone tells me that I don't look like I weigh 155lbs because I am tall. My biggest problem is abdominal fat. I am toned all over from working out with weights for so long. You can see the muscle when I flex but in some parts of my body fat is covering the muscle. I am constantly dieting and I always end up stopping the dieting for 2-3 days and then go back. I drink about 64-70 ounces of water a day. I do not drink coffee or soda. Occasionally I will drink 1 cup of skim milk. I drink one glass of red wine a month. I am very inconsistent about my diet and I need some help to get back on track. First of all, I hate eating salad everyday. I cannot do it. I don't eat beef so I stick to lean turkey or chicken. I need carbs because I do lift weights and I have a strenuous job. The water does not keep my stomach full. Should I be drinking more water? I feel like I am constantly hungry and that is how I fall off of my diet. Any suggestions?

What are you eating and when? If the problem is that you are always hungry, then this would be important information to have.

I typically eat a kashi cereal bar or cereal for breakfast. I drink one bottle of water from 8am to 12pm. At lunch I usually eat chicken and vegetables or a sandwich (turkey and a little mayo or a pb&j) with whole grain bread. I sometimes have nuts with this or a 100 calorie pack. I usually drink another 16 oz. bottle of water during lunch. I get hungry again about 3:30 or 4:00 and I try to eat an apple or nuts but I need some other options because I get bored easily. I work at an animal clinic and people are constantly bringing in food for us and this when I fail. I eat candy or chips instead of healthy snacks. I drink another bottle of water from 2-6pm. After work I try to head to the gym but sometimes I get so tired that I just want to go home. I am typically on my feet about 9 hours per day and I am lifting and restraining large dogs for a portion of my day. When I do go to the gym I usually weight train for about 30-40 minutes and then I do cardio for about 35min. I try to get to the gym 4 days a week.

Lady, your BMI is 21. You are not overweight or anywhere near it. You have no need to loose weight in the least.
The reason I say I have been struggling is because my weight goes up and down. I have about 10 pounds of extra weight on my body and it is not muscle. I wear a size 10 and I have about a 31"waist. All of the weight goes to my middle.

How tall are you?

You're not eating enough. Have you ever counted up your calories?

Shes 5'11 @ 155 pounds which equals = 21BMI

Yeah weight going up and down is normal, having a tad more fat around your midsection is normal. This is simply genetics. If you were to loose 10 pounds you would be underweight.

I would agree with this and feel that this is probably one of the reasons for your lack of energy during the day
