Just joined the forum and thought a quick intro is in order.
I am a 37 year 'young' man
trying to stay/get back into shape. I always was athletic and never really too badly out of shape. However, after a decade of 'living large' (you know the usual...friends, food, booze... in short most of my twenties) I had decided to get back on track to a healthier life style a few years back.
I exercise 5 - 6 times a week and do more cardio then weight training. But in recent years I feel my metabolism has slowed a bit
Not terribly but enough to make me quit drinking alcohol for the most part and start counting calories. So now I'm on a mission fine tune my diet and exercise routine with the help of this forum
