i am typically a lurker but i decided i'd start a journal of my own.
i am 122 lbs and 5'1'' ( i started at 130, so i'm down 8 lbs so far.)

9am 16.9 oz bottle of water and multivitamin.
10am 15 min stationary bike followed by
free weights - upper body
pilates ab work
lunges, squats, pelvic tilts
25 minutes on the treadmill on an incline.
11am clif energy bar (250cal.)
1pm clif energy bar. (250cal) 8 oz water
3:30pm smart ones fajita chicken (260cal) 16.9 oz water
6:30pm skinny cow ice cream sandwich (140cal)

so my total cals so far are 900. however i do not feel light headed, and actually feel full. do you think i should be eating more? if i eat in the am i find that i get hungrier and hungrier and wind up consuming like 1800 cals.
if i am not feel light headed or sick is this okay?

on a typical day i usually eat low sugar oatmeal with pb or egg whites instead of the cliff bars, or pb and jelly on light wheat bread but today i was rushing around.

oh and my goal isn't crazy or anything it's only 115, just to reassure anyone that thinks i might be starving.

I can tell you've been lurking based on the reassurances you put in your post :) good girl :p

Well your workout is pretty good. How often do you do full body workouts? Is there any reason besides the hunger factor that you don't eat breakfast? Waiting till 11am actually does you more harm than good. The only reason you don't feel hungry when you don't eat is because you enter starvation mode and your body conserves. No hunger is actually a warning sign. Just like a lack of thirst is, when you should feel thirsty. When you finally do eat what you eat is more easily stored as fat.
You do need to eat more. Shoot for at least 1500 as a baseline when you work out (I should talk, I'm still trying to shoot for this as well).
If you've been lurking for any amount of time you'd have read that eating more actually helps you lose more weight. If you have been low calorie for a while this may take a bit of time as you need to be patient for your metabolism to reset. The low sugar oatmeal is ok...no sugar (old fashioned oats) would be better, PB is ok perferably the natural kind, eggs are good and PB & J is OK but save that for right after working out if you do it at all. Basically you can get away with the higher carb stuff sandwiched around your workouts. Later in the day try to stay more "clean" with lean proteins, veggies, low GI fruits (like berries) and healthy fats. If you can, try to start your day with a substantial breakfast. Its important for your metabolism to do that. Especially if you work out AM.

They dont say "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day" for nothing. Theres absolutely no benefit from working out on an empty stomach.
 
okay so i thought id log in my meals for today, ill look up the cals for the stuff i didn't know off the top of my head tomorrow in the am. so here goes.
830 am cliff bar 250 cals
10am gym
elliptical 20 minutes
treadmill 25 minutes
1130 am lower sugar quaker oats oatmeal
330 dole fruit cup ( the one with the cherries mhm.)
5 pm 4 oz pepperturkey on light whole wheat bread 200 cals
and a half of a granny smith green apple.
9pm a pb and jelly sandwich on light whole wheat
1140 3 egg whites with hot sauce.

i also totaled in at about 10 8 oz glasses of water today, shheeesh that is a lot of water. and im planning on turning in at about 1 am. tomorrows sunday hopefully i can sleep in a bit.
 
wow what a screw up today was i totally had four slices of dominoes med. size pizza with bacon on it. yep up. and then a half of a cheesy bread and then i felt so sick that i threw up it was disguisting. my body is so not used to eating that much food.
so yeah for breakfast i had oatmeal at like 11 am
and then at three i had that big mess up.
and then at like 9pm i had a half of a granny smith apple
and im about to turn in at about 1 am.
tomorrow im gonna do better.
i still feel sick just thinking about how much i ate.
yucky yucky.

You seem to be good about your exercise. Try to do the same about your eating. Eating regularly will make you less likely to binge.

If you like pizza, then enjoy it. You can have a slice one day or other. (I know I do ^^) It wont screw up your weight loss, and it will help satiate the cravings. If you feel like you have eatten too much, walk it off. Don't purge. It's bad for your body & system.

I can see that you up your calorie already. That's great. :) Keep it up.
 
alrighty so today i did okay.
i woke up at 630am and took my multivitamin with a bottle of water.
930am i had a ff vanilla yogurt 90 cals. and a french vanilla coffee 100cals
1130 am i had a 1/4 lb of egg salad with hot sauce about 300 cals and a bottle of water
3pm a pb and j on lite seven grain about 220 cals
530pm 3 pcs of stuffed shells and a small piece of bread (i searched on calorie counters my guess would be about 600 cals hopefully no more then that !!!)
730pm a hot chocolate 80 cals.

alright that makes 1490, but i may have miss counted with that dinner.
all and all i have upped my calories like kiria pointed out.
im not sure that increasing my food will still allow me to lose im hoping though.
anyway i worked all day 9-5 came home, my son was napping played with my dog, and then realized i wasn't gonna get my butt to the gym again today. But since my son will be up late im thinking im gonna do some pilates on my on demand io box.
 
so i efed up. majorly. big time.
my birthday was two days after i last posted. So my sister and i were like road trip, lets go to atlantic city. OMG i ate so much terrible, horrible, tasty food.. and then when i got back, i actually felt like i couldn't breathe so well. So SUFFICE TO Say there will be no more "cheats" until i clean up my act big time.
Oh well. time to fix the mess i made.

Well today was okay. I still feel kind of gross. Slept in. I had a 16oz bottle of water with my multivitamin. I also had two egg whites with fat free salsa. It was delicious. And I am currently working on a sobe vitamin water, which i'm looking at the label right now. And sheesh trash that it has soooo many carbs, and sugars.
And thats it so far. I just thought id check in tty guys later.
 
I wish I still lived close to AC. My friends and I went every weekend for 2 months once. Not too mention all the other times we went. Now I live about two hours away, so its not the same.
 
Ever try to plan your meal ahead? like for the next day or even a week's worth? Might help with getting you 'cleaned-up' sort of speak :)
Some food can be precooked and frozen. The nuclear age allows for convenience that way :D
