Right, some intro action.
Just a scrawny kid from the finest land with plenty of time and no motivation but an interest to improve general health and fitness - from strength and speed to heart and lungs, heck, maybe fix up the diet of canned drinks and frozen pies a bit too.
Anyway, I have a bit of a request, and I can't see any more appropriate board to put it.
I'm far too thin in the wallet to go for a Gym membership - and even if I wasn't, I still don't really have any fitnessly inclined buddies, so I'm looking for someone online to "train" alongside, and in a way compete with.
I can see the "Journal" (or Diary, for the ladies) down there, but this seems more fun.
Ideally it'd be someone of a similar age and fitness level...
For a measure of my (currently) very feeble physical ability -
I can just make a half mile (or slightly less than a km) before getting too out of breath, and can't complete more than three consecutive pull ups.
anyone 15-20 out there at the same absolute beginner level willing to give it a shot?
