Im back!! Question

Big Questsion for me... Im back and still "trying" to lose weight.. last year i lost 20lbs in a month.. Now im goina try it again.. What would be best to do? Cardio then weights, or weights then cardio??

Today i went to the gym, 25mins on bike, 10 mins on tredmill. and then all the weight machines.. dunno what there called..

And how much should i eat after the workout? i work nights and hit the gym in the morning, and after that im hungry, i dont want to over eat...
 
okay, maybe it wasent 20lbs in a month.. But i know i lost 20 somewhere...

What is a healthy weight loss or in simpler words. How much weight can i lose in 3 months? Possible to lose a pant or shirt size?
 
Its common to aim for 1lb a week.
But for a larger person 2lbs.
and a person with not much fat may only loose 0.5lbs a week.

Aim for 2lbs, by taking your weight every morning and finding your average over the week.

If your loosing 4lbs or more, you may want to ease off, and if your loosing less than 2lbs a week you may llike to step it up a notch.

Remember to weigh yourself in the morning b4 eatting or drinking anything.
 
weighing my self in the morning will be a challange for me, I work nights 10pm-7am Some nights i eat, some nights i dont.. I hit the gym after work every other day,(3 times a week)
 
Weights then cardio.

Please try to eat. It's very unhealthy to work 10pm-7am without food. Start by making small changes, such as eating 5-6 small meals. Once you get used to eating that many times a day, then break it off into healthy carbs, fats and proteins.

The only time I do eat is my lunch.. and usally its fruit or a sandwich wrap..

To me, 5-6 meals a day isent good. because when i get home after the gym, i usally go to bed. Eating befor sleeping isent what i like to do..
