Another Month Gone By..

OK, another month has gone by.. I cant tell much of a difference actually this time even tho I have lost another 11lbs. Oh well, maybe next time.

Another Month gone.. well, I have consistantly been working out splits and eating good but because of vacations and things I ended up only losing a few pounds. But, from the new picture it seems like I am gaining more muscle definition. Comments welcome.
