I am trying to bulk up right, I have in my basement a straight bar and a pile of weight plates in pairs (5 lbs, 10 lbs, 20 lbs, 25 lbs, 40 lbs) and pairs of dumbells (15 lbs, 20 lbs, 25, lbs, 30 lbs) and a weight bench...and I am planning to buy a curl bar sometime soon. My question is do I have enough to work with?
I know this isnt as good as going to the gym but I got all this for CHEAP price (except the weight bench).
