squats or deads.. if i only had to do one.. probobly deads, as i get alot of back and leg develoupment, and the squat doesnt hit the back that much..
and i think on the list of what exersices hit most muscle groups, i think Deadlift is nr.1 and squat is nr.2 .. its what i heard, please correct me if im wrong.
EDIT: Thanks Mreik, i dident see curls on that list.. ignore the above, i would definitly do curls!
